How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Your Venus Premium subscription is managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), never by us directly.

  • iOS: Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions → Venus → Cancel.
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Venus → Cancel.

Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and includes all your cycle, journal and preference data.

For a written GDPR request: send an email to theasaintdenis@icloud.com with the email address of your account. Reply within 30 days per GDPR.

Are my cycle predictions reliable?

Venus provides indicative predictions based on the history you log. The more regularly you log, the more they refine. They do not replace medical advice and are not a contraceptive method.

Is Venus suitable for PCOS or endometriosis?

Yes — Venus offers 3 journeys: regular cycle, PCOS, endometriosis. You can switch any time in Settings. The content (tips, resources, tracking) adapts to the chosen journey.

Is my data shared?

No. Your cycle, journal and symptom data stay on your device and on our secure servers (EU region). No sharing with third parties for advertising. Full details in the privacy policy.

I want to report a bug

Describe it by email to theasaintdenis@icloud.com with:

  • Device model and OS version
  • App version (Settings → About)
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshot if possible
