The endometrium sheds. Oestrogen and progesterone are at their lowest. Your intuition is sharp, your need for solitude legitimate. It isn't weakness, it's a cycle.

Iron-rich recipes (lentils, tofu, dark chocolate), very gentle routines (stretches, walks), pain-management tips (heat, infusions, postures), active permission to slow down.

The pituitary releases FSH, which triggers follicle growth in the ovary. Oestrogen rises steadily, thickening the endometrium. Your body is preparing for a possible ovulation.

Ovulatory

The LH peak triggers ovulation: a mature egg is released. Oestrogen hits its maximum, followed by a testosterone surge. Libido, communication, charisma — all amplified.
