1. Purpose
These terms of use («Terms») govern access to the website thevenusapp.com and to the Venus mobile app («the Service»), published by SDT (French SASU, share capital €100, RCS Toulouse 999 633 100, registered office: 4 impasse Gabriel Laurens, 31110 Bagnères-de-Luchon). Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Access to the Service
The site is freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection. The Venus app is downloadable from the App Store. Creating an account is required to access the personalised features of the app.
3. User account
The user undertakes to provide accurate information when creating her account and to keep her credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from her account is deemed carried out by her. She may delete her account at any time from the app.
4. Premium subscriptions
Some features are accessible via a Premium subscription, managed by the App Store. Current pricing is shown on the Pricing page. The subscription renews automatically unless disabled in Apple settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the period started.
5. Purchase of the PDF book
The digital book is sold per unit via Stripe. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content performed immediately after order confirmation, to which the buyer expressly consents.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the Service (text, illustrations, code, visual identity, Venus brand) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of SDT. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
7. Health disclaimer
Venus is a cycle-tracking and wellness tool. The content provided (recipes, routines, articles) is for information only and does not constitute medical advice. For any health question, consult a qualified professional. Venus never replaces medical care.
8. Liability
The publisher commits to all reasonable means to ensure continuous and secure access to the Service, without being able to guarantee it. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of an interruption, a loss of data or a non-compliant use of the Service.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be changed at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute about their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts after an attempt at amicable resolution. For any question: theasaintdenis@icloud.com.
