Preparation

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 60 ml almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • a little coconut oil for cooking

Method

  1. 1.Combine eggs, almond milk and maple syrup
  2. 2.Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and protein
  3. 3.Mix to a smooth paste
  4. 4.Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil
  5. 5.Pour a little batter to form pancakes
  6. 6.Cook for about 2 minutes on each side
  7. 7.Serve with red fruit or yoghurt
