- • 2 eggs
- • 100 grams almond flour
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- • 60 ml almond milk (or other milk)
- • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
- • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- • 1 pinch salt
- • a little coconut oil for cooking
Method
- 1.Combine eggs, almond milk and maple syrup
- 2.Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and protein
- 3.Mix to a smooth paste
- 4.Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil
- 5.Pour a little batter to form pancakes
- 6.Cook for about 2 minutes on each side
- 7.Serve with red fruit or yoghurt
