Ingredients
- • 20 grams chocolate protein powder
- • 15 grams almond powder or flour
- • 10 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- • 1 egg
- • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- • 40 ml almond milk
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- • 1 pinch salt
- • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate pieces optional
Method
- 1.Place the egg, almond milk and peanut butter in a mug
- 2.Blend until smooth
- 3.Add the protein powder, almond powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
- 4.Mix to a homogeneous paste
- 5.Add the chocolate pieces
- 6.Microwave for about 1 minute
- 7.Leave to cool for 2 minutes, then eat
- 8.My tip: add a spoonful of peanut butter or a square of chocolate on top while it's hot!
