Preparation

Ingredients

  • 20 grams chocolate protein powder
  • 15 grams almond powder or flour
  • 10 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 40 ml almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate pieces optional

Method

  1. 1.Place the egg, almond milk and peanut butter in a mug
  2. 2.Blend until smooth
  3. 3.Add the protein powder, almond powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
  4. 4.Mix to a homogeneous paste
  5. 5.Add the chocolate pieces
  6. 6.Microwave for about 1 minute
  7. 7.Leave to cool for 2 minutes, then eat
  8. 8.My tip: add a spoonful of peanut butter or a square of chocolate on top while it's hot!
