Preparation

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mussels
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 cl white wine
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1.Clean and rinse mussels
  2. 2.Mince onion and garlic
  3. 3.Sauté the onion and garlic in a large saucepan with a little olive oil
  4. 4.Add the mussels and pour in the white wine
  5. 5.Cover and cook for a few minutes until the mussels open
  6. 6.Add the parsley and lemon juice and stir
  7. 7.Serve hot with toast or potatoes
