Preparation
Ingredients
- • 1 kg mussels
- • 1 onion
- • 2 garlic cloves
- • 20 cl white wine
- • 1 handful parsley
- • 1/2 lemon
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
- • salt and pepper
Method
- 1.Clean and rinse mussels
- 2.Mince onion and garlic
- 3.Sauté the onion and garlic in a large saucepan with a little olive oil
- 4.Add the mussels and pour in the white wine
- 5.Cover and cook for a few minutes until the mussels open
- 6.Add the parsley and lemon juice and stir
- 7.Serve hot with toast or potatoes
