Lazy dumplings chicken
Chicken lazy dumplings with soy-sesame sauce, a simplified version of Asian ravioli with no complicated tricks.

Preparation
Ingredients
- • 300 g ground chicken
- • 10 sheets of wonton or gyoza
- • 1/4 carrot, grated
- • 1/2 spring onion
- • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- • 2 garlic cloves
- • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- • salt and pepper
Method
- 1.In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken, grated carrot, spring onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil
- 2.Shape the mixture into small balls
- 3.Place the wonton or gyoza sheets in a lightly oiled frying pan
- 4.Place a chicken dumpling on each leaf
- 5.Add a little water to the pan, then cover to steam for a few minutes
- 6.When the water has evaporated, grill the underside to crisp up the dumplings
- 7.Serve with sesame seed soy sauce and spring onions
