Preparation

Ingredients

  • 120 grams almond powder
  • 40 grams rolled oats
  • 40 grams coconut flour
  • 60 grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)

Method

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. 2.Mix the almond powder, rolled oats, coconut flour, baking powder and salt
  3. 3.Add the egg, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla
  4. 4.Mix to a paste
  5. 5.Add the dark chocolate and stir
  6. 6.Form small balls and flatten on a baking sheet
  7. 7.Bake for about 10 minutes
  8. 8.Cool before eating
