- • 120 grams almond powder
- • 40 grams rolled oats
- • 40 grams coconut flour
- • 60 grams dark chocolate, chopped
- • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- • 1 egg
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- • 1 pinch salt
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla
- • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 180°C
- 2.Mix the almond powder, rolled oats, coconut flour, baking powder and salt
- 3.Add the egg, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla
- 4.Mix to a paste
- 5.Add the dark chocolate and stir
- 6.Form small balls and flatten on a baking sheet
- 7.Bake for about 10 minutes
- 8.Cool before eating
