- • 2 apples
- • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 120°C
- 2.Cut apples into very thin slices
- 3.Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
- 4.Add cinnamon to apples
- 5.Add a little lemon juice
- 6.Place in the oven for about 1 h 30
- 7.Turn the apples over halfway through cooking
- 8.Remove from oven when apples are dry and crisp
- 9.Leave to cool until crisp
