Preparation

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Method

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 120°C
  2. 2.Cut apples into very thin slices
  3. 3.Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
  4. 4.Add cinnamon to apples
  5. 5.Add a little lemon juice
  6. 6.Place in the oven for about 1 h 30
  7. 7.Turn the apples over halfway through cooking
  8. 8.Remove from oven when apples are dry and crisp
  9. 9.Leave to cool until crisp
