Preparation

Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground chicken
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 handfuls kale (or spinach)
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoon honey (maple syrup for vegan version)
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika or cumin (optional)

Method

  1. 1.Cut sweet potatoes into cubes
  2. 2.Cut broccoli into small pieces
  3. 3.Place vegetables on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika
  4. 4.Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees
  5. 5.In the meantime, pan-fry the ground chicken, crumbling it
  6. 6.Prepare the sauce by mixing the tahini, lemon, honey and a little water
  7. 7.Assemble bowl with sweet potato broccoli kale and chicken
  8. 8.Add the tahini sauce on top
