Ingredients
- • 300 grams ground chicken
- • 2 sweet potatoes
- • 1 broccoli
- • 2 handfuls kale (or spinach)
- • 2 tablespoons tahini
- • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
- • teaspoon honey (maple syrup for vegan version)
- • salt and pepper
- • paprika or cumin (optional)
Method
- 1.Cut sweet potatoes into cubes
- 2.Cut broccoli into small pieces
- 3.Place vegetables on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika
- 4.Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees
- 5.In the meantime, pan-fry the ground chicken, crumbling it
- 6.Prepare the sauce by mixing the tahini, lemon, honey and a little water
- 7.Assemble bowl with sweet potato broccoli kale and chicken
- 8.Add the tahini sauce on top
