Preparation

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  1. 1.Place the dates in a blender and blend until a sticky paste forms.
  2. 2.Add the cashews, chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil and salt.
  3. 3.Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a paste.
  4. 4.Take a small amount of dough and roll it between your hands to form a ball.
  5. 5.Repeat with the remaining dough.
  6. 6.Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
