Preparation
Ingredients
- • 1 cup pitted dates
- • 1/2 cup cashews
- • 1/4 cup chia seeds
- • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- • 1 pinch salt
Method
- 1.Place the dates in a blender and blend until a sticky paste forms.
- 2.Add the cashews, chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut oil and salt.
- 3.Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a paste.
- 4.Take a small amount of dough and roll it between your hands to form a ball.
- 5.Repeat with the remaining dough.
- 6.Place the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
