Preparation

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g Greek or skyr yoghurt (vegetable yoghurt possible)
  • 40 g dark chocolate 70% minimum
  • 1 tablespoon almond purée or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 handful of red fruit
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds

Method

  1. 1.Cut bananas in half lengthwise
  2. 2.Place them on a plate or in a bowl
  3. 3.Add the yogurt in the center
  4. 4.Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top
  5. 5.Add almond purée and maple syrup
  6. 6.Add berries, nuts and seeds
  7. 7.Serve immediately
