Ingredients
- • 2 bananas
- • 200 g Greek or skyr yoghurt (vegetable yoghurt possible)
- • 40 g dark chocolate 70% minimum
- • 1 tablespoon almond purée or peanut butter
- • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey)
- • 1 handful of red fruit
- • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
- • 1 teaspoon chia or flax seeds
Method
- 1.Cut bananas in half lengthwise
- 2.Place them on a plate or in a bowl
- 3.Add the yogurt in the center
- 4.Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top
- 5.Add almond purée and maple syrup
- 6.Add berries, nuts and seeds
- 7.Serve immediately
