Preparation

Ingredients

  • 1 slice wholemeal or sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 60 grams smoked or cooked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds chia seeds pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Method

  1. 1.Toast the slice of bread
  2. 2.Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, salt and pepper
  3. 3.Spread avocado on toast
  4. 4.Add cottage cheese
  5. 5.Add salmon
  6. 6.Cook the egg, then add it to the toast
  7. 7.Chop the cherry tomatoes and add
  8. 8.Add seeds on top
  9. 9.Serve immediately
